The 12-Visit Review Promise
At your 12-visit checkpoint, we sit down with you to review your progress. We are confident you are in the right place. If for any reason that changes, we will either adjust your care plan to better suit you — or refer you to another professional we believe may be better suited at that time.
We want the right outcome for you — not the right fit at the wrong price. Measurable change is assessed using posture photos, range-of-motion testing, and your outcome measure score.
What about my private health cover?
Both your prepay and fixed monthly payment options are eligible for private health rebates under Extras cover.
Easiest approach — wait until you have attended all your visits, or until your scheduled progress reports, and submit one claim covering all sessions. This is what most patients do.
Alternative — claim after each visit. Most funds support this, but it requires you to submit a claim every time, which is more administrative work.
Your level of cover and rebate amount depends on your fund and policy. Check your Extras cover before your first visit.
